With PersoNum, you can simultaneously personalize and enumerate documents, but since PersoNum version 4.0 you can even enumerate only, without having to hold ready any personalization data records. Furthermore, you can now even use a total of twelve independent numbering machines (instead of only one).
When you have opened the main dialog, simply switch the mode to
Numbering machines only
in the upper section of the dialog.
Then click the button [Set numbering machines] to open the Numbering
machines dialog where you can set up the different numbering machines.
You can also open this dialog with a click on the relevant icon in the commands field.
