If you switch off (uncheck) this option, the printer driver will show the file selector for each single created file to let you enter a file name.
If switched on (checked), the dialog shows two more fields:
Here you enter the shared name for all files to be created.
The automatic name creation combines the prefix with consecutive numbering. The current number will be shown in this edit field and can be changed. When files are created, the number will be increased automatically. Please respect that files with the same name are overwritten!
The combined name can be as long as is allowed by the operating system. The prefix may be filled with leading nulls on demand. If the number will become to long, the last characters of the prefix may be cut off.
