The current settings of the driver will be saved into a file. The list of available resolutions are part of the settings, of course. Filename and folder can be defined in the file selector. When the driver is loaded, it will always try and load the setup file TIFF.TS from its own folder.
After a click on this button, you can select another TIF Print settings file with the extension *.TS and load new settings.
