Import automation affects the size and proportions of frames when importing vector graphics. Thus vector graphics can be scaled automatically to their original size while importing, for instance. Clicking on this icon opens the following dialog:
With the radio buttons in the upper part of the dialog you can
determine when the settings made below should take effect –
Always
, Never
, or Ask when importing
; in the
latter case this dialog will appear each time you import a graphic.
If the Proportionality
checkbox is crossed, the frame will
be switched automatically into proportional mode after importing the
graphic.
If the function Set frames to image proportions
is active,
the image will be scaled automatically during import to the original
size saved in the vector graphic.
