Line <-> Bézier

If perhaps you drew a path, and later decided that individual lines of this path should be curves, then you can convert these lines into Bézier curves. The same naturally applies in reverse.

Firstly you must select this icon, then click on the path point where the line or Bézier curve ENDS. If lines are being converted into Bézier curves, the Round Curves Automatically icon should be selected so that the new curves are rounded. In order to convert a complete line path into Bézier curves, it is best to start from the rear. Then the curves are rounded uniformly at the path points.

This icon remains selected so that you can sequentially convert several sections of a path.

The same is valid when changing to lines. If a Bézier curve either follows the line or precedes the line, then the curve is automatically rounded.

If the icon Round Curves Automatically is not selected, then there will be no curve rounding at the path points.
